Solar PV Output Exceeding Expectations

Mr & Mrs Blecther installed a 3.96 kWp system in December 2010. 22 Amerisolar 180 Watt mono panels were chosen and fitted. Tjhe system is facing south and we predicted it would produce 3300 kWh using the SAP calculation. As it tuned out the actual production for the first annual reading was 4100 kWh. This turned out to be a real surprise to the owners who did not expect such production levels.

Mr & Mrs Moore installed a 3.96 kWp system in August 2010, using 22 Sharp 180 Watt Mono panels. The system is facing West-North-West and we predicted it would produce 2500kWh using SAP calculations 2009. The actual output for the first calendar year was a healthy 2680 kWh, which was slightly better than predicted.
